El Jefe Fajitas were outstanding. The steak was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The onions and peppers were sautéed to perfection, adding a nice balance of sweetness and a little char that brought everything together. What really made the dish stand out was the combination of fresh guacamole and sour cream. The guacamole was creamy and fresh, and the sour cream added just the right cool contrast to the sizzling, savory fajitas. Everything came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Definitely a dish I'd order again without hesitation.

Everytime I go to a Mexican Restaurant I always order Steak Fajitas. When I say these were the best, I've had I mean it. The steak was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The flavors paired with the guacamole was immaculate and I've never been to another Mexican restaurant that did it better.
